We make sure that every class we teach is new varied and exciting. We avoid teaching the same class each week, as you may see in aerobics for example, the same class, every time, is not only boring for you, but it is also boring to teach. From our wealth of martial arts knowledge we can offer something different every time.

Just some highlights from this year from Matlock kickboxing it’s been amazing 🎉🎉thank you to everyone and have a wonderful Christmas 🎄
I honestly couldn’t think things could get any better what an amazing last class of the year.
Giving out most improved to Frankie and Scott and student of the year to Caleb and Ash.
And our new class captain Lottie

And then handing two of my students David and Jon their Blues they have worked so hard and the dedication they have shown is outstanding it was an honour.
To be honest it was a very emotional night for me it’s been an amazing year so much has happened and I’m super proud of everyone.

🎉 great way to finish the year welcoming two new members of the instructing team 🎉 Jon Davies and David Allen-Ashcroft from the Matlock class have successfully completed the Coach Confirmation Programme, competing practical delivery of classes across all our clubs as well as building their skills in the behind the scenes parts of being an instructor including health & safety, safeguarding and customer service 👍😀 both have worked tirelessly to achieve this amazing milestone to be awarded their Blue trousers and will be opening clubs of their own in early 2026 🎉 huge thanks to the existing team who have helped on their journey and especially Adam Sharman, Matlock class instructor for all his hard work 💪
