We make sure that every class we teach is new, varied and exciting. We avoid teaching the same class each week, as you may see in aerobics for example, the same class, every time, is not only boring for you, but it is also boring to teach. From our wealth of martial arts knowledge we can offer something different every time.

Was a very emotional end to the class with it being my last after 8 years as Alfreton's kickboxing instructor.
It's been an amazing 8 year's watching you all week in week out and smashing grading's etc.
I'm extremely proud of you all, it's been a massive privilege being your instructor.
