We make sure that every class we teach is new varied and exciting. We avoid teaching the same class each week, as you may see in aerobics for example, the same class, every time, is not only boring for you, but it is also boring to teach. From our wealth of martial arts knowledge we can offer something different every time.

🎉 great way to finish the year welcoming two new members of the instructing team 🎉 Jon Davies and David Allen-Ashcroft from the Matlock class have successfully completed the Coach Confirmation Programme, competing practical delivery of classes across all our clubs as well as building their skills in the behind the scenes parts of being an instructor including health & safety, safeguarding and customer service 👍😀 both have worked tirelessly to achieve this amazing milestone to be awarded their Blue trousers and will be opening clubs of their own in early 2026 🎉 huge thanks to the existing team who have helped on their journey and especially Adam Sharman, Matlock class instructor for all his hard work 💪

What an amazing evening yesterday award 8 first dan black belts to very well-deserving students. All your dedication and hard work over many years has paid off and made a lot of people very proud of you. Well done everyone!
We also took the opportunity to photo all our black belts who were there last night! Awesome to see.
I will do some individual photo journeys in the coming days and weeks. So look out for those.
