We make sure that every class we teach is new varied and exciting. We avoid teaching the same class each week, as you may see in aerobics for example, the same class, every time, is not only boring for you, but it is also boring to teach. From our wealth of martial arts knowledge we can offer something different every time.

This is a great team to be part of for my son. He has really enjoyed going. He makes sure he reminds me each week and is ready and waiting to go (I wish getting to school was that easy🙄🤣), but it shows how much he enjoys it. The sessions are very well structured and all ability levels are catered for making it a constantly engaging session. Conduct is carefully monitored ensuring little disruptions too- Showing the skills of the coaches. I would absolutely recommend to anyone, adults and children, who are keen to give this sport a go.
My children attended this evening at Etwall. They have really enjoyed it from start to finish. The guys were so patient and made it so much fun. The kids are buzzing and filled with confidence. Thank you.

🎉 great way to finish the year welcoming two new members of the instructing team 🎉 Jon Davies and David Allen-Ashcroft from the Matlock class have successfully completed the Coach Confirmation Programme, competing practical delivery of classes across all our clubs as well as building their skills in the behind the scenes parts of being an instructor including health & safety, safeguarding and customer service 👍😀 both have worked tirelessly to achieve this amazing milestone to be awarded their Blue trousers and will be opening clubs of their own in early 2026 🎉 huge thanks to the existing team who have helped on their journey and especially Adam Sharman, Matlock class instructor for all his hard work 💪
