We make sure that every class we teach is new varied and exciting. We avoid teaching the same class each week, as you may see in aerobics for example, the same class, every time, is not only boring for you, but it is also boring to teach. From our wealth of martial arts knowledge we can offer something different every time.

An excellent friendly and welcoming class from children to adults. I never believed I could make it to a high belt but I am currently a brown belt and training for my black belt. If you are prepared to put in the effort you will really enjoy it. Mel and the coaches make the lesson very enjoyable with every week doing something different. Highly recommended and addictive.
Absolutely phenomenal kickboxing group. Mel and her teaching team have the balance perfectly right in terms of accessing and bringing out everyone's aptitude for this martial art, the discipline side of it and having fun. Everyone is included and valued members of the team- self belief in individuals attending this team is apparent.

Adult class Student of the Year, Ossian Robertson. Thursday class Student of the Year, Jenny Gregory. Huge congratulations to all the Students of the Year, fantastic job everyone 👍👏 It was also my last Thursday class, as from January 2025, the class will taken by Sean Wincott. As you can see I got some amazing lovely gifts, flowers, chocolates, a fantastic card and even a homemade cake. Huge thanks to all, it was lovely to hear all your kind words and I felt very loved 😍 Wishing Sean lots of luck for the Thursday class going forward 🍀 I am sure he will be awesome 👍 I will continue with just the Monday sessions from Jan onwards 😃 Happy Christmas to all 🎄🎄
Very honoured this week to be able to present 1st Dan Black Belt Plaques and Belts to Philip Port-Cooper, Marc Gavin, Jackson Knapgate and Jude Brown 😃 This is such a huge achievement and years of dedication and hardwork 👊 All of them have been so thankful towards myself and the team but I like I said to them, we only guided and pushed you in the right direction, the hardwork, dedication and shear determination came from all of you, so well done 👏 👏👏 I am one super proud instructor 😃👍 Wear your well deserved belts with pride 😃👍
