We make sure that every class we teach is new varied and exciting. We avoid teaching the same class each week, as you may see in aerobics for example, the same class, every time, is not only boring for you, but it is also boring to teach. From our wealth of martial arts knowledge we can offer something different every time.

An excellent friendly and welcoming class from children to adults. I never believed I could make it to a high belt but I am currently a brown belt and training for my black belt. If you are prepared to put in the effort you will really enjoy it. Mel and the coaches make the lesson very enjoyable with every week doing something different. Highly recommended and addictive.
Absolutely phenomenal kickboxing group. Mel and her teaching team have the balance perfectly right in terms of accessing and bringing out everyone's aptitude for this martial art, the discipline side of it and having fun. Everyone is included and valued members of the team- self belief in individuals attending this team is apparent.
