Would definitely recommend, my son joined (Alfreton) and eventually talked me into joining, one of the best things I've done, very friendly and great instruction. Why not give it a go

The members of pka make you feel so welcome and help you every step of the way. Belive me once you start you will never look back it's great fun and a way to meet great people.
I started kickboxing to get back into some exercise! I wasn't sure at first but once I had a go I knew I needed to do this! I have loved every bit since! I would recommend anyone joining- for exercise - for greats friends and for the great feel of being able to accomplish something!! This is literally for everyone!!!! <3
Fantastic class, great way to keep fit and gain a new skill at the same time. People are great and the instructors really do go the extra mile to make every class filled with material and fun
